Dimmick Cozy Retreat 3 Bed 1 Bath - Sleeps 6

The price for the rental was decent if that's all you want. No TV channels were available. The TV wouldn't go past the home screen. I tried messaging the host via VRBO Friday evening of arrival and again Saturday morning. I heard from them after we decided to leave for our excursion Saturday afternoon. I would have taken my own TV box because I don't subscribe to any streaming service. I feel they should advertise they have a permanent dweller in the basement. The house itself was ok as far as being clean. There was popcorn on the kitchen floor, cobwebs in the corners, beads from a child's bracelet or something similar scattered on the living room area rug. The blinds in the master bedroom were missing on the right side, leaving the sunshine glaring in the window because the blinds weren't enough to cover the windows. There is potential but is definitely a low cost rental for a reason.

Great stay

Nice home. Fuse blew that the kitchen appliances were hooked to but called and it was repaired in less than 30 min. We were visiting for tennis tournament and the location was perfect.

Excellent

Hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. Space worked well for our two small families.
